9 September 2026, 19:00 – The Opening Reception will take place at Holiday Inn Istanbul Tuzla Bay. Transportation will be provided from the conference venue to the reception venue.

10 September 2026, 20:00 – The Gala Dinner will be held as a boat tour, departing from and returning to Bostancı (approximately 27 km from the conference venue). Transportation will be provided from the conference venue to the departure point in Bostancı.
- 12 September 2026, 13:00–15:00 – The Farewell Lunch will take place at the conference venue.
Please note that participation in all social events is included in the conference registration fee.
